I have two Windows Server 2003 Standard machines running IIS in a DMZ for my web servers. These are stand alone machines that are not a member of any domain. Each server has the same copy of the website and when changes are made they are copied to each server. Are there any good ways to setup replication of this directory? I tried to use DFS and then setup FRS, but it looks like the servers need to be a member of the domain for that to work. I'm interested in any ideas!

Thanks!
