Hello,

please help! We have a huge hybrid environment. We have a lot of traditional pbx(Avaya & Nortel) that are forwarding to stand alone unity boxes. On one of the clusters we do not need CTI rt points in between the pbx and Unity... On the rest we need to have cti route points. How can we program call manager and/or unity to not need cti route points? thanks!

Regards,
Bito

I figured a way to do it... brackets. I was able to get 503-573-(6666-6669) to work with a cti route with the line as 503573666[69]. Two questions;

1. how would I do the range 5035736000-5035736699?
2. when I set up a test cti route I was able to find the route by searching for 'contains' '['. when I search in the cluster that does not need a cti route I cant find it with the same search string. is there a way to do it without a cti route?
