Stand Alone Server Different Subnet on DMZ

Hi All, We are running ArcServ 2000 on an NT Domain and trying to backup a stand alone server on a different subnet. I was able to do a test backup and restore using the agents password security. When I schedule a job and run the backup it connects to the agent but never backs up. No stats are transfered. The agent log displays the backup starting but failing with no real useful info. The firewall is setup to allow the arcserv discovery port and NBT through.

Is anyone out there successfully doing this or have any suggestions?
