I have a client that wants to add a Prelude ACD to their existing MICS 6.1/CP 150 system. The question is, can I take and existing NAM 4.0 cabinet, wipe it clean and then install the Prelude 3.6 ACD software to make it a stand alone ACD?

If so how would I proceed?

Thanks in advance.

Not really sure but I think the NAM has to be 4.1 to even work with MICS 6.1

Thanks Hawks,

I was aware of that however seeing as I was going to eliminate the VMail I didn't think it mattered that it was 4.0. I was really just interested in using the NAM for a Stand Alone Prelude and I know that this cabinet should suffice.

I just wasn't sure if I could basically flatten the system and just install the ACD software or did I need to keep the VM software and then disable it (Saw another thread on how to do this)

Any thoughts?

I think cintech would be the way to find out.
