I received this message when the server was rebooted after it locked up. It goes through finding the scsi drives and then gives this message. I would sure appreciate some help with this problem. Thank you Ramon Hernandez [sig][/sig]
Your hard drive has failed to find or correctly read the file name "boot".
Two fixes possible as I see it:
At the boot prompt tell it to read the boot program from your emergency boot floppy, then when you are up and running, mount the floppy and copy the boot over.
Boot from the emergency set. Mount the hard drive, then copy the boot over, unmount, and reboot. [sig]
Ed Fair
efair@atlnet.com

Any advice I give is my best judgement based on my interpretation of the facts you supply.
