Staff Weekly Schedule

Our Admin Techs printout a weekly schedule off each staff members calendar. The printout is then place in the office to be picked up.
To save time and paper. Is there a feature in GW7 or GW8 that will allow for all staff members calendar to be viewed in one location? Without having to obtain rights to each staff calendar.
