Staff Directory Functionality on BCM400

I have a CCR tree similar to below. I would like users to be able to access the staff Directory by pressing # in sub menu 3. Root menu access is unimportant. Currently, this only works in the root menu. Is there some setting, maybe in Call Pilot, that can make it do what I want?

I think the # has to be from the main menu, but they can hit * to go back to the last menu then press #
