STACOMMPROFILE0001 when adding new user

In the process of adding users, I got STACOMMPROFILE0001 when attempting to add a new user using the same settings I had for the previous 3 users. I've searched high and low and can't find what this error is or how to fix it.

Figured it out. That error is super generic and another person and I went through on CM 8.1 adding a user line by line using commit and continue until we encountered a more descriptive error. Turns out there's a finite number of users who can have the "aut-msg-wt" button assigned. Thanks for the reply @AvayaTier3

There are system limits for that as well as individual user limits that can be tracked. Both can cause the error returned.

Command: list usage extension (for single extension tracking)

max 80 users can track one resource
