I have two stacked switches: x650-24x and x450a-24t
ExtremeXOS version 12.5.1.6 installed on both switches.
x650-24x support 32000 macs, x450a-24t support 16000 macs
In network about 8000 macs Learning in all vlans are enable.
For example: mac-1 from port 1:2 send unicast traffic to mac-2 into port 2:2.
But this traffic I can see also on port 2:3 by sniffer host.
And I found messages like these in log:
<Warn:HAL.FDB.L2SlotTblFull> Slot-1: FDB entry not added on slot 2. Hardware Table full.
<Warn:HAL.FDB.L2SlotTblFull> Slot-1: FDB entry not added on slot 1. Hardware Table full.
mac-1 and mac-2 in dynamic fdb table
I tried also to do these macs permanent, but got such result.
In attacment some information about swithes.
Help me understand why? Is this a bug or I’m wrong?
