Would anyone have any method or advice for adding an organization-wide total bar to a stacked bar chart?
I have charts that are calculating subset counts within totals in groups per bar just fine. In the report itself, I alternately have used calculated formulas and running totals successfully for the subset and all record counts for the organization. They work fine.
What I can't figure out in the chart expert panels is how to add a bar for organization total, nor to create a new chart to display just one stacked bar for the whole organization. In the chart expert panel after I select "for all records," "do not summarize" is grayed out as an option when I pick the calculated formulas under "show values." The expert wants to sum or count what is already counted. I also cannot move the running totals into the "show values" panel. Other chart types seem to act similarly, alas.
e.g.
Region Open Items All Items
North 10 111
South 15 75
West 20 200
--------------------------------------
Total 45 386
I want the last line in a stacked bar, too.
Any and all advice much appreciated!
