I am trying to produce a stacked bar chart on an Access report containing just 3 figures and I cannot get it to work properly. We have survey results that give Detractors, Passives and Promoters. In my test data I have 9 detractors, 5 passive and 35 promoters. What I am trying to achieve is single column containing all 3 values and spread as a percentage. Excel does this easily but I cannot get Access to do it. I’m not sure whether my query should supply the data as one number per record or all 3 numbers as fields of one record. I have tried both and all I ever get is separate columns for each value but I need them all in one column.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Chris

The format of the query or table which you use for the chart source must be something like this:

Type Qty
Detractors 5
Passives 9
Promoters 35

If you still have problems after this, please give your SQL of the chartsource, and sample data.

Thanks

Ginger
