Stacked bar chart - pop-up

I've designed a report in the Crystal Reports designer which incorporates several charts in the 'Stacked bar chart' format. When I view the report in the designer, I can hover over a stack section and a pop-up display shows information for that stack i.e. the value. However, when I view the report in Infoview, the pop-ups don't show - despite trying all the different viewers. Is there a way to get this to work in Infoview?
