Stability issues with TCL 8.3.1

Hi,
I m facing lot of crashes and issues with 8.3.1
Please let me know if there are any major stability issues with 8.3.1.
Please see the below call stack.
I m randomly arriving at the below crash usually seen in multithreaded environment.
Is there any known issue in the above version of TCL which will mandate migration to the latest version.
