Few users have the ST500 on their cell phones. These work great. One thing I'm trying to resolve is when a user receives call, and hits the decline button, the caller keeps hearing ring-back tone. And it goes on until the caller hangs up, or some Call Forward No Answer reroutes the call to somewhere else.
What is expected and ideal behavior is that when the ST500 user hits the Decline button, the call should be redirected to voicemail or something else so the caller doesn't keep hearing ringback tone.
I was not able to achieve this. Any ideas?
