ST500 dosen't work on WiFi

Hi Guya

Very new to NEC,
I have an SL2100 as our demo system set up with sip trunks and the ST500 app,
It works perfectly fine on 4G however on any WiFi (Local or remote) It dosen't connect

Is anyone else familiar with this issue or have I made a mistake somewhere?

You need to set up 2 profiles. See attached document.

I found answers on the google playstore reviews, changing application port from 5060 to 5062 solved my issue
