ST380013AS HD Problem

I have just bought new hard drive (ST280013AS) SATA.

And I'm having problem installing it.

After I connected HD to the motherboard, my comp. is not able to see it and I am not able to proceed with OS installation.

I have two disks with hd drivers and I tried to reboot pc with disk in and to install drivers. I got message that drivers are installed and that next step is to put windows CD-rom and to reboot PS.

Windows could not be installed because hard disk couldn't be found.

Can anybody help me with this.
