SSRS server connection to datasource fail randomly ( sql server 2016)

Hi experts,

i have a problem with my SSRS server that randomly can't connect to my data source . It works all the time but sometimes i get an error on my reports that indicate that the server fail to connect.

Any tips or leads to identify the source of this problem?

here is my connection : Data Source=dbServer;Initial Catalog=MEGADB

and i'm using database login and password for the connection

Sql server version : sql server 2016
