Is there a way to simply print out a report 'design' layout? I don't want the actual report, but the 'design' of the report. For some reason, the print is greyed out and I've been unable to figure it out! Sometimes the simple things are the hardest to find.

Not that I know of. You might have to result to ctrl-alt-prtScr and ctrl-v in Paint/Word.
