SSRS- license

Hello everyone,

My reports are dynamic and embedded in Visual C++ code. I am using Crystal Reports IX and our customers are required to buy crystal reports software to run our software.

If I use Visual Studio 2005/2008 Business Objects to develop crystal reports, do customer still need to buy crystal report license to run our dynamic crystal reports.

This has nothing to do with SSRS.

To run the rpt files you created in Crystal, your clients need either Crystal or a viewer application, which you can develop or buy from 3rd-party developers (see list at:

http://www.kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html).

The other option is to deploy via Crystal Reports Server or Crystal Enterprise.
