SSL with Virtual Folder

Dear all:
I got a question about SSL under my IIS5 on window 2k server. I use IIS' default web site which installed with the certificat and works fine with SSL. What about all the virtual folders which created under this default web-site since I got some problems in accessing this folders under SSL, please advise. Beside, should it be possible to upgrade IIS 5 of window 2k server to IIS 6 ? TKx
