SSL Service not installed

I just noticed this. when I click on the SSL relay configuration tool in CCM. The first tab "Relay credentials" has a red "X" in it. Also in the body of the tab the first line says Local Computer Certificate Store. and i can not browse to where i have my .pem files. The field where i put the path in is not there.
When i compare it to my other Citrix Servers it does not say Local Compuer Certificate Store but says "Keystore Location" and has a field box where i have the path where the .pem file is located.
