We have recently upgraded one of the servers from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 Server and re-installed the SSL certificate for the site.
However, since then, certain users have had horrendous response times from the server whereby other users' response times are fine.
There seems to be no correlation between the users who have problems and the users who don't...
I have tried to download a diagnostic utility from Microsoft but this wouldn't install as the server is dual processor and the installation process indicated it didn't like the processor so wasn't going to install.
