Because CM does not use the Secure Sockets Layer, users on the network can use the back arrow on their browser after their machine has been used for CM administration, and have full administrator rights.
I am not too familiar with IIS (yes, I'm waiting for Cisco to port CM to Unix/Apache/MySQL , but I would like to implement SSL, as well as a lower-level password that only allows access to Device-->Phones for instance.
