SSL on port 89

I need to connect to a web site running SSL on port 89.

I've created a New Protocol Definiton for outbound TCP traffic on this port but I still can't connect.

Any ideas?

tprange.Save

Then restart the Microsoft ISA Server Control service.

You need to do more than create a Protocol Definiton. You will need to create a Site & Content Rule and Protocol Rule
