SSL Network Extender issues

One of my users is set up as a Power User on his laptop. He is out of state right now, but is trying to check his email via our VPN.

Unfortunately the SSL Network Extender gives him an error message saying that he needs to have Administrator privileges. To what and in what I do not know at this time.

Is there any way to remotely support this?
