SSL for CallPilot ver 4 and FTP

Hello,

1) Security audit has found that FTP port is enabled on my CallPilot ver 4 server. Is FTP needed? Can it be turned off or was it just turned on by default by something else?

2) On the home screen there is a security option for SSL but its all grayed out for me. How can i turn this on for all sessions? i cant find it anywhere from within CP adminstrator.

only if you don't plan on using appbuilder,then you can turn off ftp.
