ssl Error

<p> hi all i'm getting htise error:

ERROR: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Could not find trusted certificate

when i try to pull from another secure site:


we found out our problems happened when they renewed/updated their ssl cert. We also found out that a possible fix could be installing the equifax root cert on our server. does anyone know how to do this? or direct us to some place that might?
