Hi everybody,

We have several users who can't Edit or drag and drop files (but they manage to download). They all have permissions to edit them. They all use IE 8 and Citrix.

The message displayed by Microsoft Excel or Word is the following (original message translated as well as I could):
"Access to this Web server is disabled by default because it is controlled by basic authentication and does not use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Would you like to search the Support Center Microsoft Online to see the different options? [Yes] [No]"

In the IE options (advanced tab), i have ticked the SSL checkbox and unticked "do not save crypted pages on disk" (still translated as well as i can) but it is not enough.

Is there another configuration to set? All help is welcome! Thank you in advance!

Regards

Olivier
