I have an employee who connects remotely on this laptop (Windows 98) thru Nfuse. All was fine until about a month ago, he started getting the "ssl error 61 - server certificate received is not trusted" messages when he tried to open an application from the apps page. I have had him uninstall the client and reinstall, clear his temp internet files, etc. Still no luck.
We have other users connecting to Nfuse with no problems. Any ideas what else I can get him to look at?

I encountered this issue in my environment. Remote Windows98 users continued to get the SSL error even after the server certificates had been updated.

The issue was resolved for these users after they reinstalled the latest version of IE in order to update the CA information on their end.

This should resolve your issue too.
