Hi All,

I am facing a big problem when i am going to configure SSL
for my Websphere Application Server.

I have enabled the SSL With Dummy Keys(Websphere Builtin).
When i am going to access my application from the browser
it is saying

unexpected message; perhaps the server's SSL security level is higher than the client can perform

and on the browser it is showing three whit boxes( three control characters)

I have Updated my IE Encryption level to 128 bit

Please help on this as early as possible

After configuring SSL in WebSphere Application Server (WAS) AE 4.0.1 (not in the web server), the following exception may occur when starting restarting WAS:
unexpected message; perhaps the server's SSL security level is higher than the client can perform
This may occur for the following reasons:
1. The certificates may not contain all the information they need. Ensure that in addition to the main certificate, the signer certificate is also added to the certificate database file.
2. The certificate label being imported into the certificate database file may contain spaces. Remove all spaces from the certificate label.
3. There may be a mismatch between the encryption algorithms used between the client and server. This most likely would occur if configuring SSL between the plugin and WAS, and the two are on separate machines. Make sure the algorithms supported by the security level set in WAS is also configured on the plugin box too.
