SSL configuration for WAS 3.5? Does any one know?

Env : websphere 3.5 on Solaris.

I have configured the IBM HTTPS Server for SSL support by creating a certificate via ikeyman.So now if i say
a certifcate is displayed.

Now I would also like to configure SSL for the Application Server as my application needs to transfer secure data.

I am unable to find any thing on how to configure SSL for WAS 3.5 ON Solaris as compared to WAS 4.0 on NT which I have configured and the Server Certificates are in WAS_HOME/etc directory on NT.?

Does any one know how to configure SSL for WAS 3.5 as the document shows configuration of the IBM HTTP Server only
