SSL config in Oracle8i on Windows2000

Hi! I am trying to configure SSL in Oracle8i, but keep getting the error: "ORA-28868 Controle certificaatketen is mislukt". The user who logged on Windows2000 is the smae user who created the wallet. The walletlocation is specified in the ORA files. The documentation at Technet and Metalink didn't help.
