SSL Certificate Transfer from one server to another server

Hi,

We have an existing production server and a 128 bit SSL is
enabled on it. The old server is a Windows NT 4.0 server
running IIS 4.0.

We have refreshed the old server with a new server which
is a Windows 2000 server and is yet to go live as a
production server.But, I would like to transfer the
existing SSL key and import it and make sure that I can
set the SSL feature on the new server.

What are the steps and procedures to transfer the SSL key
and also enable SSL on this new IIS 5.0 web server.

Thanks guys, I think I found the answer myself. Its basically exporting the existing key and installing it on the new server.
