SSL and Forwarding

I have a challenge that is making me crazy, I am running Imail version 6.04 on a win2k server. I have a client that has her orderform.htm set to send mail to sales@something.com. She would like to have this fwd to another email address. It goes to sales with no problem, but will not forward to any other address. Is there some setting that I am missing?

Thanks in advance for any light that can be shed on this situation.
