ssl & page cannot be displayed

Hi,

I have an error with one computer, that will not load an ssl page with ie 6 SP1 locally or accross the internet.

It will load with netscape 7.
It will load with other computers within the network.

I have done all the fixes i could find on the internet.

Has anyone got some words of wisdome for me?
