Any help on this one V-much appreciated.
We have 3 servers DL360's connected to our SAN via fibre which connects to the MDR that then connects to a SSL2020 tape library via SCSI. All 3 of these servers use Backup Exec 8.6 to do backups to the library.
We are currently trying to add a 4th Server but failing miserably when it comes to the Backup Exec software.
Its connected perfectly to the SAN exact same as the other 3 servers but we can't get the Robotic Library's in BE8.6 to connect to the Library, also having problems getting the Win2K operating system to see the Library.
When going through the device configuration wizard to install drivers it detects 2 sdx-500c but fails on to load the driver saying not detected in the hardware tree.
Could be more a Win2K setup problem (I don't know) but as I say any help/suggestions appreciated.
