Hello,

I have an SSIS package that basically truncates all tables in a destination database, (over 250 tables) and reloads the same tables from a different, (yet identical) database.
The database size is approximately 8GB. This process is taking over an hour to run. Does anyone know if there is a property or something of that nature that could speed up my SSIS package?

Thanks,

David

You might want to check out the new forum for SSIS:

You may get help by means of code here. Just recall what happens to a rat when he eats the cheese off a rat trap while you're Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V'ing that code as your own[/sub]

Thanks for picking up my slack, onpnt. I was rushing to get out the door & hit the submit button without adding the link (I did get the colon in place for it tho!).
