I have some SuperStack II 3000 (3C16940A & 3C16942A) 10/100 switches. I'd like to upgrade management software on them. I found the latest version (LS3K3.SLX) on the web site. Questio is how do I upgrade the switch(es) ? I can't get to the switches via either IE or Netscape. Transcend Mgt v6.0 says the device is not supported when I try to use the tools-upgrade pull down menu. 3Com's SUU upgrade program for other switches requires upgrade files to be in *.bin format. Only way I can talk to the switch software itself is via the console port. Any suggestions ?
