SSH to ASBCE

Greetings,
Can someone please help point me in the right direction. I'm not real experienced in this new fangled VOIP stuff . I'm trying to do a trace on my SBC. I can SSH to it, but I don't know what creds it's looking for. It doesn't like the one I use for the "browser" access. I've tried just about every admin and or cust login but no success. Any ideas?. Thanks in advance.

Once you're in as ipcs, sudo traceSBC, or su to root and traceSBC
the installer sets the passwords at install, and if they're nice, they're the same.
