ssh and RSA auh!!!

pc clientutty
ssh server:RS6k (Bull site latest version)
passwd auth works well on connection
RSA Auth does not..message appears
"server refuses our public key"
I have followed putty doc and used
putty key generator.
Is there any mistake in copying public key
from putty keygen window and /$home/.ssh/
authorized_keys file.
pls advise
