SSCE 4.0 with VS2010 Express is it possible?

VS2010 Express comes with SSCE 3.5. I've installed SSCE 4.0 but VS2010 Express doesn't seem to be picking it up. The VS tools only seem to stall on full VS2010: not express.

Any idea how I can get SSCE 4.0 to install in VS2010 express?
