SSA is a "copy" fo the system access for the originating (base) phone. when programing the SSA button you must be in Cntr-Prog, (console or SPM) for the Extn that you are putting the SSA buttons on. IE.the Boss is X-105, Sec. is X-120. Go into Cntr-Prog for X-120. Find the "2" buttons that you want to program "BLANK" and use the code *17. It will ask you for the position #01-10. This relates to the buttons on the X-105. Sence you can only put SA buttons on first 10 buttons of a phn, it relates to them( starting from the bottom left and counting up. You will want to put a SSA button on the X-120 for every button EXCEPT the SA-OO button. since this is an outgoing button only it will never ring. Also remember that if the Boss's Phn doesn't ring, because of DND, the SSA buttons won't ring either.
