ssa Disk format on AIX 4.3.3. 1

Hello everyone!

I need help to format about six hundred ssa disks. (We have to delete enterprise datas on those disks before a brooker take them away.)
I can't find a command to do it; not in the MAN.
Can someone give any direction?

When running command ssa_format -l pdiskxx, you get the prompt back as soon you type enterkey. I thought there was something wrong.
In fact the command is running background, and you can see the format progress with ssa_progress -l pdiskxx.
