SSA DISK ERROR

hi there just need to know if anyone encountered an error SSA DISK_ERR3. Where i can get the exact meaning of the problem. Everything is Ok, all the arrays are in good condition including the link verification.. the only problem is just keep on logging on the errpt.

what does it says in the error report? CAn you help us give more specific thing, like in errpt file code?

as I know only SSA DISK_ERR4 is hardware falure error and required disk replacement..

look for the SRN number in errpt log then follow SRN table in SSA service guide....

if the error happened once then the problem is self-solved (maybe there was a high I/O traffic..)
