I have a Merlin Magix 3.0 Processor with 024TDL in SLT 1
A 024TDL in SLT 2 and 016T/R in SLT 3 and an 800 GS/LS-ID in SLT 4.
I'm trying to add a SSA button to a secretarial station. The secretarial station resides on the first 024TDL and the extension I want to add to her phone resides on the second 024TDL board. Each time I go to add it to her extension I get a programming error or any other extension from the second 024TDL I get the programming error. If I add an extension from any one that resides on the same board as the secretarial station it works just fine.

Any Ideas would be appreciated.

Thank you
Ken

If the second board extension is an operator position, there will be a problem. Is it?

No, this switch has just one operator assigned on 1/1. This is the first I've seen this.

That makes no sense to me.

I would do a BOARD RENUMBER and see if that changes anything.

It probably won't. In which case I have no clue as to why it won't do this.

Oh, I'd also try swapping the 024's, and see if the trouble stays with the slot or the board.
