SS3 Firewall

I have a SuperStack 3 Firewall and it seems to be turning of its WAN interface. Stops responding completely but we can still connect to the LAN and DMZ from the internal network.
As soon as it is rebooted it is fine for 2wks-1month then again.

I am considering to do a factory reset and then reload the settings.

Any thoughts or suggestions on the cause would be appreciated?
