SRPT308 Error

I have a CS1000E at Rls 7.6

Just noticed this error:

AUD000

SRPT308 [CemuxMaintLinkMgmt]: Connection with IPMG [16 0] closed. Return Status [-1]
SRPT343 [CemuxMaintLinkMgmt]: Connection with IPMG [16 0] is UP.

I don't know where to start to trouble shoot this.

Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Is this only happening on IPMG 16 0 ? Is this IPMG located in the same room with other IPMG's not experiencing this problem or is this a remote IPMG located somewhere else.
 
This is on an IPMG located at a different site and so far it only appears to occur on this particular one.

So when my network person arrives today I am going to ask him if our ELAN, TLAN, CLAN are all on the same VLAN.
 
My guess is a network issue and probably a firewall change is causing this. The ELAN and TLAN should be in different VLAN's but still routeable to each other. CLAN makes no difference.
 
There was a Keep Alive patch written for this in 7.5 and may be applicable to 7.6. Basically the firewall would block traffic due to inactivity. So they wrote the patch to send an intermittent keep alive so the firewall wouldn't drop any packets.
