SRPT062 Request to register TN rejected.

Hi, hoping someone can help me once again.

On one of the CS1000's I support (REL4.5) I am receiving the following errors message below.
I have seen this with TN's for IP phones but this seems to be coming from a PRI. I support the PBX remotley
so can not check it physically.

Below are the error messages, a Loop print out for loop 34, TN print out for 34-1 and a card inventory

Any help greatly appreciated.

I think you might have got confused with your loops and TN's as the first message of e.g.

SRPT062 Request to register TN rejected. UNEQUIPPED tn = 034-00 hwid = 10.150.162.13:00
refers to an IP phone trying to register using TN 34 0.

Loop 34 refers to a 30 channel ISDN PRI trunk circuit.

What you really need to do is to print off the IP phones TN of e.g. 34 00 in LD 20 and also in LD 117 enter in INV GEN ALL. Wait a while until you get a message stating that the inventory has completed before entering in INV PRT ALL.
This will print out the current status of the systems cards first, followed by the digital sets. It's these sets that you need to look at to see which ones aren't active.
