Dear all,

i am trying to connect SRG50 to CS1K .
it only works when i give the SRG a Static IP Address. now i gonna istall it in a place that is the ISP there DOESNT support static address.
when i try this dynamic address it gives me that mesg on phone status in the SRG: LOCAL MODE- MAIN OFFICE TPS UNREACHABLE

sounds like a network issue. network dhcp scope may not be setup properly. I'm basing this on the fact that u said everything is ok and sets go into normal mode when a static IP is setup.

FYI our SRGs all have static IPs and the customer DHCP server hands out IPs to the sets.

i am talking about internet IP Address.
if i connect the BCM (SRG) TO INTERNET with static IP Address,it works fine. and if i connect it ( BCM SRG ) to the internet via dynamic i mean just like from my home for eaxamle ,it doesnt see the internet .
