We are trying to connect an SRG50 to a 1000M. The idea is that we will use some of the sets and connect them to the CCM 6.0 we have on the PBX. All the sets on the SRG will have local inbound and outbound DID. In a SIP setup, the sets would not recognize the local inbound and outbound PRI, all calls routed out through the PBX. We reverted to H323 and the inbound started working properly but the outbound had a 12 second delay before any ringing could be heard. thoughts?

Is you 1000m configured for overlap send and receive? If so thats why your getting 12 sec delay, srg50 does not support overlap s/r on voip trunk. Also chk your scheduled services and alt routes for the destination codes..Hmm look at remote access packages as well.
